In the 1990s, John Martillo left his childhood home in Ecuador for New York City, where he began selling credit card processing to small Hispanic merchants. Ten years later, he shared the helm of Cynergy Data, a company he built that was named to Inc magazine's list of "fastest-growing privately-held companies in America" for three consecutive years. And then he decided to start again.

In 2006, John moved to Dallas, Texas, and founded SignaPay Ltd. Dedicated to making merchant services truly service-based, SignaPay now includes SenorPay, a division entirely devoted to theHispanicmarket, and iPayStation, a division devoted to pre-paid products and cash services. Johnlooks forward to creating a Foundation that will help others like him live their own American Dreams.

Barry Ervi comes to SignaPay via a number of leading players in the payments industry. After graduating from Texas Tech University, Barry joined First USA Bank, one of the country's largest Issuers, as a Capital Markets Officer. He left First USA for Chase Merchant Services, and then spent six years at industry-leader Paymentech, where he held a number of positions in the Client Relationships arena. After leaving Paymentech, Barry became a Vice President for Business Development for the ISO TransFirst. He joined SignaPay as Vice President forBusiness Development in 2006.

Dottie Ford has pursued her passion for payments since 1985, when she joined the Customer Service department of First Bancard. Thirteen years later, as an AVP managing Agent Bank Relationships, she saw First Bancard sold to Bank One, and then Bank One Payment Services merged into Paymentech. There, through 2004, Dottie managed a number of divisions, including Chargeback Operations and Strategic Partner Operations Support. Dottie left Paymentech and became Director of Operations at Retail Pro Payment Solutions. She joined SignaPay as Vice President for Operations in July 2007.

Nancy Drexler has spent more than 25 years in marketing, most recently as the Marketing Director of Cynergy Data and Merchant Cash & Capital. Prior to joining Cynergy, Nancy was a Creative Director at Impressions Strategic Marketing, where she worked with such clients as MasterCard, Chase Auto Finance, PR Newswire, EVO and Cynergy Data. Nancy has also led the marketing efforts of a museum, three national magazines and the United Way. She was a Board member of the National Association for Payment Professionals, and currently writes the marketing column for The Green Sheet.
