To protect the data security of your business and your customers, the credit card industry has introduced uniform Data Security Standards (DSS). These standards require all merchants accepting credit and debit cards to provide annual proof that you are compliant with these regulations.

Just a Few Easy Steps and You’re Compliant:

• Our program gives you access to a simple online questionnare that will help ensure that you are compliant;
• We send proof of your compliance to the card Associations when you have successfully completed the questionnaire;
• We provide FREE quarterly or annual network vulnerability scans should you be required by the Card Associations to conduct them, and;
• We’ll include a financial potection plan that will help you defray costs should a breach occur.

While participation in a DSS compliance program is mandatory, it is not mandatory that you use our program.

SignaPay has worked hard to find a program that is simple and cost-effective. However, should you choose to handle compliance on your own, you are required by the Card Associations to do two things: use a Qualified Security Assessor (QSA), and submit proof of your compliance prior to September 15, 2011 and every year thereafter. The PCI Security Standards website, www.pcisecuritystandards.org, explains the certification process and lists approved QSAs.

IMPORTANT: Proof of certification must be submited prior to September 15, 2011, or you will be assessed a monthly fee of $19.95 until certification is demonstrated.
